Happy Monday! Making our flavor announcement today for our April Flavors of the Month. We’re going old school and new school this month. With flavor #108, we turned the old school iconic NYC treat into a pint with the Black and White Pint. Flavor #107 is our new-school, mint-chip remix, Gotham Basil Chip.

Our latest and greatest is Mango Sticky, flavor #93 for September. It’s our signature riso ice cream made with sweet coconut milk + scoops of fresh mango ice cream. It’s our version of that delicious Thai dessert - sticky coconut rice and sliced mangos. Only much much better.

Step 1: This is how we do it. We start with the best party (part, actually, but we first wrote party and decided to keep it - ‘cause it is a party!!) - the chocolate! Sift the cocoa powder and sugar, and add the chopped chocolate.
We always use Mast Brothers chocolate in our ‘scream. We love it. It makes such a rich, dense, delicious chocolate ice cream. No other chocolate, anywhere, can quite compare.
This month we sourced their single-origin Papua New Guinea chocolate. It has a naturally smoky flavor, which we thought would be perfect for our S’More pints.
