Every year, a friend of ours hosts an anti V-Day party called The Black Hearts Party. Inspired by that, last year we created the darkest of the dark chocolate ice cream. Using a Mast Brother’s 90% cacao - this pint is the perfect black hearts party favor.

Of course, salted caramel is part of the lineup for our Love ‘Scream month. At times, love is sweet; others, it is salty - but regardless, it keeps you coming back for more. Just like our Salted Caramel Ice Cream. (Seriously, we’ve been known to eat it by the tubful.) <3

Love is in the Air!
Happy February! It’s been a while since we’ve shared our daily creations with you, but we’re back on track now with love (or lack thereof) themed ‘screams for the next couple weeks leading up to V-Day.
We’re starting things slow and sincere, like any true love, with Cordially Yours, our ice cream version of those delicious chocolate candies.

Since Jeremy and I road tripped down to South Carolina to visit his family for Thanksgiving, I made these little delicious guys to add to the Thanksgiving dessert table. (And oh what a table it was!) We left on Tuesday at midnight after catching the M83 show at Webster (so good!), and made a quick stop on Wednesday morning in Chapel Hill to surprise our awesome web developers at New Media Campaigns with a couple of Pumpkin Pie Pints. After about 16 hours of driving, we finally made it to Greenville, SC. Packed with a ton of dry ice, these babies survived!
