rooibos tea ice cream with rum balls

Here’s how it went: Red rum - great name for an October flavor. But what could the flavor be? Ahh, yes red tea ice cream! Okay, and what about the rum? Well, with the help from our friends at Baking for Good, we came up with the perfect rum balls. (Mind you, all of this was BEFORE Ben & Jerry’s introduced their Schweddy Balls flavor, also featuring rum balls. Comeon!)
