Despite the ugly weather, yesterday’s Ice Cream Fair at the New Amsterdam Market saw quite the turn out. The incessant scooping started at 11am and fiiiinally ended at 3 when we sold out of ‘scream (huzzah!). We were accompanied by our amazing friend Alex who was great at managing the crowd. Thanks Alex!! It was a fun time, but definitely hard work trying to get mini scoops onto the tiny cones they provided us for the tasting.  (that is not our ‘scream, but we were so busy we couldn’t get a pic of our own)  On a side note - I have an enflamed scooper’s arm now. I guess I never learned the proper art of scooping quite like Michelle did from her high school employer, Baskin Robbins.  <00,Diana
