Step 1. First we start with the oranges. Cara Cara oranges are known for being sweet yet complex (kinda like us). They’re said to have notes of cherry, rose petal, and blackberry, if you can believe it.
We flew our oranges in from Pearson Ranch in Porterville, California. We don’t typically forage for our ingredients that far from NYC, but when you want the best (and we always want the best in our pints), sometimes you go the extra mile – or 3000.
