Thar she blows, my friends! German Chocolate Cake Ice Cream. 

It’s chocolate-coconut ice cream, mixed with toasted pecans, and layered with a salty-sweet rum-spiked toasted coconut caramel sauce. Whew!

She’s a knockout and I’m sending two pints to my dad in California for his birthday in place of the actual German Chocolate Cake we bake him every year.
