When life gives you butter.. start over.  This was the EVOO base that we churned on Wednesday to (no big deal) take and share with Rachael Ray. (Yes, we were on the Rachael Ray show this week. The segment will air July 4. More about the experience soon!) Overchurning ice cream will produce a buttery consistency - FYI. But we did a do-over and it turned out awesome. Like this!
