We discovered these little guys at the end of their season last year and have been dreaming of how to craft a ramp ice cream since. While retrieving up a couple bushels, I noticed the ramp board, which included the card and description of each restaurant in the city that has ramps on their menu. I asked them if they’d ever heard of a Ramp Ice Cream. Nope! Would they include MilkMade’s card if we made one? Yep! So here it is. You want a taste? We may offer it as an additional “Ice Cream Adventurer’s” monthly choice to our membership.
