Back in October, we had too much ice cream and too little freezer space. Seeking a short term solution, I called up my buddy David Cho who lives down the street and talked him into storing some extra gallons of PB&J ice cream for the time being. The time being ended up being about 6 months. We just retrieved it, packed some pints, and I dug in today. Still good! 6 months later. Thanks David.
