SO MUCH CHOCOLATE. This is Mast Brothers Papua New Guinea chocolate and it’s going into our December pints this weekend. It’s a single-source cacao bean that, after harvest, is smoked to impart an incredible flavor — “think hickory smoked bacon or aged scotch,” they say. YES.
