flavors of the day: Cinnamon Graham and Peppermint Brownie
These actually were the flavors of yesterday. Made for Christina and Noah, two rather disgruntled V-Day Gram recipients. They were displeased with not only their delivery (turns out there’s lots of delivery/office traffic on V-Day so we were delayed to make it downtown to them) and our delivery guy (a good friend and one of the nicest people I know), but their ice creams too (Salted Caramel and Red Velvet Cake, our creams of the crop..). So I said ‘OOF - hey, we want to make it up to you and wow you with our ice cream like we’ve wowed others. Tell me your dream ‘screams and we’ll make them for you this weekend and personally deliver them.’ They took us up on the offer, decided upon Cinnamon with Graham Crackers and Peppermint with Brownies, and a couple days later, voila. Special pints and a special delivery. Hopefully they liked these bad boys!
