We’re excited to start the year off right with some creamy flavors. Our members get to choose one of the following flavors for their January delivery.
Diana’s flavor of the month is:
Coffee + Donuts
rich coffee ice cream with chunks of assorted donuts

We’re teaming up with Crop to Cup’s family-farmed coffee and Doughnut Plant, our favorite donut shop in the Lower East Side, to bring you Coffee + Donuts. Crop to Cup is a beyond fair trade coffee roaster who pairs directly with family run farms and pays them a 20% premium above market prices, provides them 10% in profit sharing, and donates 5% of every coffee purchase to their community. Our beans are from the Bugisu Cooperative in Mbale, Uganda. You can meet some of the farmers here.
Mitch’s flavor of the month is:
Frozen Hot Toddy
honey ice cream with hints of organic spices, zested lemon, and a shot of real New York distilled bourbon

There’s nothing like a warm hot toddy on a cold winter’s night. Except when it’s in ice cream form, of course. We’ve turned our favorite winter beverage into creamy and compelling ‘scream. We’re including real honey from the farmers market, organic cinnamon, cloves, and lemon zest (yes we hand zest them all), and a shot of bourbon from New York’s first small-batch distillery since Prohibition, Tuthilltown Spirits. We’re using their Baby Bourbon Whiskey, the first bourbon whiskey to be distilled in New York, which is made from 100% New York corn, aged in American oak barrels, and is hand waxed and numbered (Year 09, Batch 14, Bottle 561).
