Using Brooklyn based Mast Brothers Chocolate’s 90% Dominican Republic Dark Chocolate (yes, you heard us, 90% cacao), we’ve created the darkest chocolate ice cream you’ll ever know. And that’s not all.. we’re having a local chocolatier, Cibelli Chocolates, create some heart-shaped chips just for these pints. It’s the perfect gift for your Black Hearts party. Or for someone who just loves chocolate.

For this occasion only, we’re bringing back our most lauded two flavors. And this is one of them. With a bit of magic, we turn sugar into a deep smoky caramel. We liven it up with sea salt and a hint or vanilla for a result that’s creamy, sweet, salty, and complex. This flavor was featured in the New York Times’ T Magazine last year.
red velvet

Our other most lauded flavor, Red Velvet Cake, is also making a reappearance this Valentine’s Day. It’s our cheesecake ‘scream - creamy and sweet with a slight tangy finish. We throw in chunks of Red Velvet Cake from the Cake Man himself, Cake Man Raven based in Fort Greene, and we let the ice cream churner slice and dice it as it will.
