This weekend, Diana visited herĀ alma mater (does that count for grad school?) for a brief talk and tasting at theĀ Social Enterprise Association’s end of the semester shindig. We wanted to share our social mission - to source only local and sustainable ingredients for our ice cream, supporting New York’s foodshed and promoting other local foodtrepreneurs who we think are doing it right. But we also wanted to solicit feedback about where we can go with this - what is the scope of possibilities to create a social enterprise out of our nascent business?
