How fresh is the ice cream?
We deliver the ice cream the day after we make it. We recommend that you eat it soon, since it’s homemade and preservative-free. It is best if consumed within a week or two.

Where is the ice cream made?
Our flavors are developed in our tiny New York City kitchens. The production of our members’ pints takes place in a certified rental kitchen in Long Island City.

What kind of dairy do you use?
We use only grass-fed milk and cream from the happy cows at Ronnybrook Farm Dairy.

Do you use eggs in your ice cream?
Most of the time, yes. Our eggs come from Knoll Krest Farm’s free-running hens.

Is your ice cream certified kosher?
No.

What kind of sweeteners do you use?
We use pure cane sugar in our ice creams, and occasionally, local honey and real maple syrup.

Can I suggest a flavor?
Absolutely! Email us with “flavor submission” in the subject line.

<00 ABOUT DELIVERY <00
When do I get my delivery?
We will deliver your pint the first week of the month. We offer a number of delivery options to accommodate your schedule. This typically includes a daytime delivery on the first Wednesday of the month (yes, we’ll bring it up to your office!), and evening deliveries on the first Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of the month. You choose a two hour time slot on the desired delivery day and our delivery dudes will text you 15 minutes before our arrival to give you a heads up that we’re on our way.

Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?
Yes. Someone must be present to accept the delivery. We can’t just leave it at the door. It’s ice cream, after all!

What if I am not home to accept my delivery?
If delivery doesn’t suit your schedule, we also offer the option to pick up your pint at our East Village headquarters. Pickup times are currently scheduled for the Sunday following your delivery week, between 8 and 10pm.

How do I choose my flavor?
Once you sign on as a member, we will send out photos, descriptions, and information about our two seasonal flavors. You choose then!

Can I get more than one pint?
Yes! We only offer a one-pint a month membership, but we are open to more!

Can I buy a gift subscription for someone else?
Great idea! We have a special gift signup on our website.

Do you ship to locations outside of New York City?
No. We are currently delivering only to a limited area within New York City.

When will you open to more delivery zones?
We are currently serving Manhattan and will slowly expanding to more delivery zones each month. Stay tuned for launch announcements..

Can I buy MilkMade Ice Cream anywhere else?
Nope. MilkMade does not distribute ice cream beyond our members’ domiciles.

Do you have a storefront?
Not yet. MilkMade is just a monthly ice cream delivery service.

What is this: <00?
