milkmade flavor of the day: The Gentleman’s Pint

On our last visit to Mast Brother’s. Arto handed me two bars of their new Papua New Guinea blend to try out in ice cream. It’s a deep smoky flavor… “the gentleman’s chocolate,” he said. And man, in ice cream form and with a dash of Maine Sea Salt, it truly is fit for a gentleman.
