We got down and dirty with some blackberries last night. Somehow our Strawberry French Toast flavor evolved into Blackberry-Mint with Lemon Poundcake. Strawberries got the boot because they are officially out of season, and pound cake replaced french toast because, in the end, frozen eggy toast just sounded a bit unappealing. A hint of mint rounded things out.
