The most saddening part about running MilkMade Ice Cream is that I hardly eat ice cream anymore. I mean, I started this business because I was eating a pint a night and now I can hardly finish a pint a week. Sweets in general, too - so sick of them!
Except when it comes to our Salted Caramel. I batch test with just one tiny spoonful, and minutes later I find that I’ve eaten a whole pint. Sometimes a whole tub. It’s just that addicting.
Here’s today’s spoonful…
