flavor of the day: Pumpkin Pie Ice Cream Cupcakesspiced pumpkin ice cream in mini pie crust cups Since Jeremy and I road tripped down to South Carolina to visit his family for Thanksgiving, I made these little delicious guys to add to the Thanksgiving dessert table. (And oh what a table it was!) We left on Tuesday at midnight after catching the M83 show at Webster (so good!), and made a quick stop on Wednesday morning in Chapel Hill to surprise our awesome web developers at New Media Campaigns with a couple of Pumpkin Pie Pints. After about 16 hours of driving, we finally made it to Greenville, SC. Packed with a ton of dry ice, these babies survived!
