flavor of the day: Maple Bourbon Molasses Madness

This was one of those accidents that starts with a  ”what can we throw in to today’s batch” and ends with an awesome pint of ‘scream. It’s sweet and silky and delicious.  It needs a crunch, though. We’re thinking toffee from our faves - Charley’s Toffee out in NJ.

Or maybe it’s time to throw in a Stroopwafel or two from The Good Batch in Brooklyn.
