This should be fun! In a couple of weeks we will be one of the cooks in the James Beard Foundation’s Brooklyn Cooks dinner. We’re serving a Black Pepper Ice Cream to pair with Four & Twenty Blackbirds’ Salted Caramel Apple Pie. I cannot wait to try that pie.
