There’s a little hole-in-the-wall Italian restaurant in Hell’s Kitchen that, in 2011, I began to call my own. I frequent it often, and each time I do I order my new favorite dessert - Semifreddo. It was love at first bite and I knew I had to recreate it in a pint to share with you all. So voila - a pistachio ice cream with candied almonds strewn throughout, swirled with honey.

Since 94% of Americans will eat a piece of PIE this holiday season (according to a recent Pillsbury survey), we’re doing a whole week of pie themed ice cream. Starting with an old favorite - Smashing Pumpkin Pie. This was our flavor of the month last November.
Last weekend we had the awesome opportunity to sponsor and speak at the NYU Entrepreneurs Festival. We served ice cream (Salted Caramel N Chocolate Cookie) at “Ice Cream Break” and Diana was on the panel Entrepreneurship ≠ tech: The many flavors of entrepreneurship. It was fun!
